Our Story

I started painting back in 1984. In my high school days, I got a chance to learn from a very experienced veteran painter. I've been painting throughout high school, college, summer vacations, and many weekends. When I came to the US in 1994, I tried a few other things, but then I started painting. For 5 years, I lived in Queens, New York, and worked as a painter in high-end apartments throughout the city. That is where I mastered my preparation and brushing skills; I learned a lot about working with old surfaces and lead-based paint, which was used before 1978. I came to Silicon Valley in 1999, and I have been here since then. Right away, I started working in a small painting company and worked there for 8 years. I worked on high-end custom homes and offices, and I've learned new skills such as spraying and preparation for spraying, staining, and finishing cabinetry and other woodwork.

I founded Antique Painting in 2006 to make a difference in my trade with high-quality work and excellent customer service.
